I came late in life to enjoying being physical. I was The Princess growing up and ballet and swimming were my only physical expressions. A former boyfriend got me on the rocks (which, come to think of it, is where the relationship ended up!) and it was an enormous excitement and accomplishment for me. As a result, I now will try almost anything once.
