Yes, it's true. I was a Go-Go Dancer. I had an agent. I had 8x10 glossies. I had to wear pantyhose under these skimpy little costumes. And yes, I had to wear white go-go boots. I danced on military bases in the Washington, DC area. My mother came to see me once, and pointing proudly to my legs, said to the man next to her, "See those legs? Eight years I drove her to ballet!"
