I come from a family of swimmers, learned it early, and derive much pleasure from it. Thanks to camp experiences, canoeing became a favorite sport. Later in life I learned to be physical in other ways -- hiking, cross-country skiing, rock-climbing. |

I am still working on my list of Complete Works of 10 Artists to take to a deserted island -- it has to be narrowed down from among the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Allman Brothers, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Aretha Franklin, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Mozart, Beethoven, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Muddy Waters, Luther Allison, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. And I'm sure I forgot somebody. |
